Health Check

Administrators have the ability to see an overview of the status of the system which can provide important information as well as highlighting system configuration items that the Administrator needs to act on.

The page is divided into three categories:

 

1. Urgent attention required (red)

2. Requires attention (amber)

3. Information (green)

 

To view the Health Check page, click on the left-hand menu and follow this path: 

Administration > System > Health Check

1. Urgent Attention Required

 

This tab is displayed by default.

 

Each item will have options to  or . Each ‘View’ or ‘Fix’ page will open in a new browser tab.

 

Select ‘Fix’ to be taken directly to the appropriate section in the system.

 

 

2. Requires Attention

 

Each item will have options to  or . Each ‘View’ or ‘Fix’ page will open in a new browser tab. Each ‘View’ or ‘Fix’ page is opened in a new browser tab.

 

Select ‘Fix’ to be taken directly to the appropriate section in the system.

 

For items that don't require attention, tick the 'Ignore' box and click 'Ignore Selected Items' button, which hides the items from view.

 

To unhide the ignored sections, click on the 'Reset Selected Items' button.

3. Information

 

This tab allows the administrator to view overall information of the system. Ability to view the last time an employee import was run as well as login information, amount of failed login attempts, number of employees etc.
