Reports>System Admin>Expired Items
This report’s purpose is to assist Administrators with identifying expired data within ClearView with the intention of the data being replaced with current information as soon as possible.
For example, you may want to contact entity owners where their entity contains expired maintainers or an expired approver. You can filter the excel report to view this information.
The report can either be viewed onscreen or within a spreadsheet by clicking on the 'Excel' button.
This report can also be scheduled to run regularly at pre-defined intervals by clicking the ‘Schedule’ button.
NB: Expired employees that are listed within a completed exercise will not be included in the Expired Items report as these are a point in time record.
