Administrators cannot set new passwords for users in their organisation, however, administrators can initiate the reset process for a user within their organisation.
A password reset can be initiated via the admin portal of your CQCommand account.
You can access the admin portal by selecting the "padlock" symbol from the top right menu.
Once in the admin portal, please select "CQCommand Users"option from the left menu.
You can then initiate a password reset email (the link that enables the user to set a new password) by selecting the padlock symbol in the action column next to the user whom's account you wish to reset.
