As you personalise your Activate portal you may encounter this error message. For technical reasons, we can't re-use the same email address for different account types. We've created the company administrator account with a different email address and you will have been provided these login details by FirstAction. We encourage you to use actual email addresses in all other areas of the Activate portal so that you really make the portal your own. Should you continue to experience technical difficulties please raise a support ticket here, or via the Support tab on the right side of the Activate portal screen.
