Report of the Month: Customised Reports

Custom reports can be great for ad-hoc, one-off or scheduled reporting that isn’t covered in the pre-set reporting module. 


To create a customised report:

  1. Log in as an Administrator 
  2. Click on the 'Reports' in the side menu 
  3. Scroll down to the 'Customised reports' options and hover over it 
  4. Select 'Create a Report' 
  5. Once on the new screen, begin by naming your report and selecting the entity type. 


6. Click 'Next' and select the sections you'd like to have in your report. 


There are three options once the report is set up: 

  • Run report as a once-off
  • Save the report for an ad-hoc report to be run at any time
  • Schedule the report and have it sent direct to your inbox
