Plan Automation streamlines the process of creating a plan off the BIA. Once the BIA is approved, a plan will automatically be created ready to complete. Any information from the BIA will be automatically populated in the plan.
Create a BIA template. Select the Plan Automation checkbox.
A drop-down menu will appear once this has been selected with all available plan templates.
Note: plan template will need to be created prior to BIA template set up.
Once a BIA is created from the template and approved for the first time, a plan is automatically created and will appear on the Administrator dashboard as ‘Not Started’. It will also appear on the Home screen under ‘Outstanding Approvals’ with a status of ‘Requested’ for users. An email has been sent to the Administrator to approve or reject the Plan (if the email alert is turned on).
